Destiny: Where in the world is Xur?

Though you may be too young to understand that headline joke, I will still help you find Xur.

Nov 18th, 2016

This week our stealthy Agent Of The Nine is hiding in – wait, hold on -the same spot as the last two weeks? Yes. That is absolutely correct. Xur is located on the Reef, again. As soon as you land on the Reef, turn right, head past the bounty tracker and across the bridge. After crossing the bridge, make a right, then a left into the little alcove and there he is!

Now as for his stock, it’s not half bad.

First up we have the SUROS Regime Exotic Auto Rifle for 23 strange coins. The bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to return health on kill.

The Warlock piece is an exotic pair of gauntlets called The Impossible Machines for 13 strange coins. It also unlocks the Stormcaller subclass node Landfall for free. On casting Stormtrance, you fire a bolt of lightning into the ground, creating a devastating shockwave under you. Little side note, these gauntlets unlock the Landfall ability as well as activating another ability in that tier.

As always, there is the plasma drive upgrade for the sparrow, which sets you back 23 strange coins, the Emerald Coil, which adds a greenish under-boost to your sparrow, for 23 strange coins, followed by the Heavy Ammo Synthesis, Three of Coins, and Glass Needles.

That wraps up our weekly hunt for the hide-and-seek master. Stop by next week to see what the Agent of The Nine has in stock. You can also check out our homepage, www.NerdLyfe.com, to quench the nerdy beast inside of you.
